Our Professional
Services
Strengthening understanding, improving care, and building confident inclusive practice across Ghana.
Nanny Training
We train nannies to provide safe and developmentally supportive care. Training covers child development, communication, behaviour support, daily routines, and caring for children who may have additional needs.
Teacher Training (SEN)
Our training helps teachers understand diverse learning needs and use simple, effective strategies in the classroom. We support teachers who work with children who have autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other developmental differences.
Shadow Teacher Training
We prepare shadow teachers to support children with special needs in mainstream classrooms. Training focuses on building attention, independence, social interaction, and positive participation in learning.
Shadow Teacher Placement
We recruit, train, and place shadow teachers in schools and homes. Each placement is matched carefully to meet the unique needs of individual children and promote meaningful inclusion.
School Capacity Building
We offer professional development for whole school teams. Our programmes help schools create supportive environments and strengthen inclusive systems across classrooms and departments.
Setting Up SEND Departments
We help schools establish or improve Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) departments. Support includes policies, resource planning, staff training, and ongoing guidance.
Nanny Placement (Homes)
We provide families with trained nannies who offer safe and nurturing care. Our nannies are equipped to support children with and without special needs.
ABA Therapy Services
We provide ABA therapists for children on the autism spectrum and children with developmental delays. Support focuses on communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and readiness for learning.
